Above there is procedure follow for employers seeking reimbursement of PMGKY benefits since they remitted for March 2020 prior to deployment of facility in ECR on 13n April 2020.

Procedure to receive reimbursement of benefits under PMGKY Scheme for Establishments
Which had remitted for March 2020 before deployment of facility.
1. Login into the unified web portal using the Establishment “user id” & “password”.
2. In the home page locate the task bar “PMGKY Reimbursement Registration”.
3.A} If the valid form-5A is already attested with e-sign or DSC the contents of form-5A along with bank details of establishment are displayed. If the details are correct then use the column provided for furnishing the name of the establishment and complete it. there after click agree buttion and submit.
The process of applying for reimbursement under PMGKY is successfully
3.B} If the form-5A is not pre-loaded with the requisite details along with the bank details then on clicking the “PMGKY Reimbursement Registration” task bar the form-5A opens in edit mode. The details along with bank account details may be filled in after which the form-5A is required to be attested with valid e-sign or DSC.
There after go to the Home page again and click the “PMGKY Reimbursement Registration” task bar. Now as you have a valid form-5A and submit your claim for PMGKY Reimbursement.
